this is a special concoction i make whenever i'm sick: chop up some ginger and garlic and boil them for a while. then add lemon, ceyenne (sp?) pepper, and a little honey. it does wonders for the throat and actually tastes good, surprisingly. feel better soon! xx chloe
my quick fix involves going to the ocean and snorting sea water up my nose and gargling - yes - for real. I'm not sure how home made saltwater would go in the middle of the desert though - in fact i'd be loathe to try it myself, other than for gargling?.
i do hope you feel better soon, though, and you're probably better off taking the advice of your other comments!
yup ginger tea does help.. i finished reading 'Dairy of a wimpy kid' by Jeff Kinney..its hilarious!..and there are those cute stick-man drawings..really cute read..reading 'Sundays at tiffany's' by James Patterson now..rather charming novel.. get well soon dear!
Hi! My name is Ashley. I live with my love, and my little girl Piper in a little town in Western Australia. I am a teacher and a mother. This is the space where I share our lives, the little and big bits in order to remember and connect the pieces. I hope you enjoy your visit.

Hope you feel better soon.
