i am ready for summer and crave slipping into loose flowy tops and dresses. this season has such beautiful prints on offer.

my week-end is free and am so looking forward to doing some lino prints- i have a pile of materials ready and waiting for me to dip in. i have been searching the web for textile inspiration and there is so much out there. yum.

i also want to sit and read this amazing book i just started called animal, vegetable, miracle by barbara kingsolver it is all about growing your own food- or buying local and learning to survive without the massive carbon footprint we like to leave in our food choices.
happy friday. x.

I loved the BK book. I am in her general part of the country so her lacks would be mine. I immediately thought of rice and bananas.

You are also Tagged for 6 Things! ;-)
