Monday

vessels

i just bought 4 more beautiful baskets from one of the old ladies here.
she sits for a good part of everyday in a little straw bough and weaves quietly.
i find the results irresistible.
.happy monday lovelies.

hi! your leaves on your last post are stunning! what will you do with the fabric?

and .... you MUST get me one of those bowls!!!! well - you don't have to, {but if you did i certainly wouldn't refuse;) } i guess it's my way of saying that they are gorgeous. i wonder would she teach you how to make them?

love,
jeana
ps. i hope trying is lots of fun :) (hope that wasn't too brazen!!!!)

Thanks for the comment Ashley. Those baskets are really amazing. They look a lot like South African baskets.

frozen Ipod - when pod is on, hold menu and white button till it unfreezes. Mine needs to go to Apple store to be emptied then reloaded as it doesn't recognize eject anymore, and is not happy when I yank it off.

Those are lovely Ashley. I've never owned an ipod, so I can't help you there.

I've tagged you - see my latest post :)

Wow those are absolutely beautiful! Love old-fashioned craftsmanship, versus factory made products. If I lived nearby, I'd buy some from her too! :)
